TOURIST APARTMENTS
TOURIST APARTMENTS OR TOURIST RENTALS
Tourist rentals are a kind of apartment subject to a rental agreement (such as 4 or 8-year residential apartments) on different conditions and options: a maximum of 30-day overnight stays; the motivation for the lodging being that of tourism and the fact that the contract can be registered at anytime, (in the future). One rule is that the tourists' identity cards/passaports must be registered on the Questura portal (the Police Headquarters in Italy) by midnight the day of their arrival.
Operators of the field cannot provide any commodities in tourist rentals, since they could lose their license to keep the business alive. Examples include soaps, shampoos, body wash, toilet paper and all types of detergents like laundry soaps and the oneness for cleaning plates, floors or bathrooms. As well as anything related to the kitchen, such as oil, salt, pepper, bottled water, or even packaged and pre-cooked foods, which are not allowed in tourist rentals. That is different for holiday homes or B&Bs in Italy.
All tourist rentals in Trentino possess various assigned codes.
CIPAT (Provincial Tourist Identification Code) is the regional one:
022006-AT-834983; 022006-AT-011736;
CIN (National Identification Code) is the national one:
IT0222006C2WRGOSRKO; IT022006C2UNKQM6AQ;
For all these reasons, you will be reminded that a contract will be arranged before booking. You must send the information about the identity documents in advance. Then, the contract will be printed and signed during check in.
The apartment will be clean when tourists first enter it, so guests must leave it clean as it was. No extra cleaning will take place until the keys are returned.
