The minimum stay is 7 nights.

The prices above refer to each apartment per night. The final cleaning fees, which differ depending on the apartment, are not included. Nor is the tourist tax of 1 euro per person per night. The discount, if applied, automatically appears in the final phase of the reservation.

We will ask for a 200€ deposit in cash, which will be returned upon departure.

Apartments are not suitable for children under 12 years of age and pets are not allowed since a member of our family is allergic to them.

Smoking is not allowed inside the building.

Along with the apartment, we deliver sheets and a trio of towels per person, and there is a washing machine with drying racks outside the bathroom or balcony windows. There is an air conditioner in each room, including the kitchen, and a hair dryer is included in the equipment.

The apartment is equipped with heating and air conditioning. The following appliances are available: hair dryer, electric bathroom stove, toaster, electric kettle, electric oven and electric coffee maker only on the 2° floor, microwave, kitchen hood, induction hob, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator and kitchen utensils, etc.

Wifi is free and included in the price.

There is no ironing service, but an ironing board with iron is available free of charge.

There is no change of towels or sheets beyond the initial one, and cleaning will only be carried out upon departure.

ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE OF GUESTS

CHECK-IN: from 17.00 to 19.00 (for after-hour arrivals by prior arrangement, a possible extra cost will be agreed)

CHECK-OUT: until 10.00 am on the day of departure (other times will be accepted only by prior agreement and/or with possible charge)

PAYMENTS

A bank transfer equivalent to 50% of the total cost of the stay must be made within 2 days after our confirmation. Some agreements may require the total (100%) of the payment right away. If you book on the same week of the check-in, we request an immediate bank transfer.

The rest of the costs will be covered upon arrival in cash. No credit cards will be accepted.

The tourist tax will be paid in cash during check-in as well.

The 200€ deposit in cash will be asked for upon arrival and will be returned right before departure after checking the apartment together.

As explained in the previous pages, signing the rental agreement is required to access the apartments.

CANCELLATION

Cancellation is free 15 days prior to arrival.

If you cancel after the 14th or the 3rd day prior to arrival you will be charged for a night or for 25% of the total cost and a fine.

If you cancel after the 2nd day prior to arrival you will be charged for 50% of the total cost.

If you do not show up or if you leave earlier than agreed, you will be charged for the total amount of the stay.
